When you eat a meal that is dripping with oil and spices and stuff yourself to the maximum you can, how do you feel? High level of calorie intake is what causes fat (combined with low physical activity). Calories still have to be a part of your diet. About 2000 calories is what is normally suggested per day. Watch what you eat and remember to check how many calories the portion has. This helps you keep a check on the intake of calories. This helps in reducing weight and making the body stronger. It flushes out the cellulite over a period of time. 8-10 glasses of water are the minimum you must drink, but drinking more is always healthy. It has some side effects but they are all positive. The extra water ensures that you are full; this means that you don’t feel hungry often. It reduces the risk of diseases as well. So, always keep a bottle of water handy and keep sipping.
Now if you love sweets, it maybe really difficult for you to give it up especially while trying to maintain a healthy life style. Well, who asked you to give up sweets? It is ok if you indulge in sweets occasionally. Just remember “control” is the magic word. Remember that this also has to be a part of your healthy lifestyle and hence should not be over done.
Its hard to start exercising if you have not done so in a while but with healthy eating habits, your body starts becoming more energetic. Take advantage of this. Start exercising. This will give more than a kick-start to your healthy life. It wont be long before you will realize that you are feeling much more energetic, fir and mostly “healthy”.
